Instructions for Registration (注册缴费说明)
Dear participants,
Thank you for your interest and support for CICTP2025. As of today, the registration for CICTP2025 is officially open. Please read the instructions below carefully and complete the registration and payment before the deadline.
1. Registration and payment for authors
1.1 Authors of Accept for Publication papers
The publication fee (¥4,500 per paper) covers the registration fee for one author.
1.2 Authors of accept for Presentation Only
If you plan to do presentation only at the conference (no publication), please pay the registration fee for the paper (¥2,800 per paper, including the registration fee for one presenter).
1.3 If you can't attend, please email sunshine7385@163.com before 24:00 on July 14 with a screenshot of your payment. Refunds (for "Non-author Registration" only) will be processed to the original account within one month after the conference. Refund requests after 24:00 on July 14 will not be accepted.
2. Registration and payment for participation without presentation or publication
Please complete the payment (¥1,800 per person) through the website if you just want to attend the conference.
